Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting

- Expertise in sustainable technology lifecycle management (cradle-to-cradle)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futurism with peer-reviewed publications
- Certification in Quantum Leadership (QML) or Advanced AI Strategy
