Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology vision and implementation roadmap for 2026
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee R&D pipeline for breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for future tech deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon)
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
