- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies
- Manage R&D budgets and vendor partnerships

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience scaling technology startups from Series A to IPO
