Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Develop comprehensive ROI models for futuristic technology investments
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their impact on strategic planning
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated success in securing R&D funding and managing P&L for innovation projects
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
