Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to position InnovateNext as a market leader
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders for collaborative R&D
- Present futuristic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Secure and allocate resources for moonshot projects with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible development of transformative technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Strong financial acumen for evaluating long-term R&D investments and ROI
