Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technological investments with strategic growth initiatives
- Manage innovation pipelines for next-gen products and services
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech disruptions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (patents, journals, conferences)
- Experience scaling tech roadmaps across global organizations
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CSTM, CTM) strongly preferred
