Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) impacting 2026 markets
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into corporate vision and operational planning
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and investments in disruptive startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to board members and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against strategic milestones
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and commercial teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven initiatives with measurable impact

- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
