Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with our five-year vision and market trends.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, neural interfaces) to drive competitive advantage.
- Architecture Governance: Establish best practices for system design, scalability, and security across all product lines.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate high-level concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and leading teams through complex transformations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, and scalable system design.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Passion for exploring emerging technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
