- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants by crafting compelling future-tech narratives for federal/private partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Publish thought leadership in Nature Futures and IEEE Spectrum
- Advocate for responsible innovation at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies with 7+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of deployed solutions addressing 2030 SDGs with measurable impact
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE) or Quantum Computing (IBM Q Network)
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants or EU Horizon Europe funding
