Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and 2026 innovation roadmap development
- Architect scalable solutions for next-gen quantum and AI applications
- Manage cross-functional teams executing on breakthrough R&D projects
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive sustainable technology integration across product lines
- Mentor junior technologists in emerging fields
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ in strategic innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
