Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype 2026-era technologies across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging paradigms and market disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption aligned with 2026 global trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into corporate strategy
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with rapid prototyping cycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or AGI frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex adaptive systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization projects
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- US citizenship required for government collaboration clearance
