Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for disruptive technologies with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Build industry partnerships with leading research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTS, CISSP)
