Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 market potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption across key industries
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, academic institutions, and tech incubators
- Manage innovation pipelines and R&D investments for next-generation solutions
- Lead workshops to foster a culture of technological foresight within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology assessment preferred
