You'll translate abstract technological possibilities into actionable business strategies, driving competitive advantage in rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems)
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and scale innovative solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on R&D investments
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and startup ecosystems
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
