- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Tech Hubs
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary 2026-technology solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with quantum computing architectures and AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
