Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with company vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future market opportunities
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-concept solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
- Represent the company at future-focused industry forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to market
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis skills
- Experience working with global research institutions
- Strong data visualization and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
