- Present visionary concepts to Fortune 500 partners and venture capitalists
- Manage global teams of 15+ researchers and engineers in agile sprints
- File 5+ patents annually for novel technological approaches
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies (3+ products)
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing architectures, or biotech innovations
- Executive experience in scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Strong network with VCs, Fortune 500 innovation leads, and academic institutions
- Expertise in agile methodologies and patent strategy
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
