Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum AI, biotech interfaces, and decentralized networks
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 companies for collaborative innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate-tech AI
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (patents, journals, or keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
