Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through market research and competitive intelligence
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with business objectives and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in our state-of-the-art innovation labs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D initiatives
- Present technology visions and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI analysis for experimental projects
- Represent the company at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M and cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
