Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions to inform strategic planning for 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology products/services with market impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
- Experience with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
