- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing) and assess commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Drive ethical tech frameworks for AI deployment and digital sovereignty initiatives
- Mentor junior technologists in future skills development and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Strong network with global research institutions and tech innovation hubs
- Experience developing ethical AI guidelines and responsible innovation policies
