Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Reports analyzing disruptive trends across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate resilience
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Produce predictive models using proprietary AI to forecast market disruptions 3-5 years ahead
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) to pioneer 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and ethical technology governance
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis for 2025+ technology horizons
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work on exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Design (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Deep understanding of global policy shifts impacting 2026 tech adoption (EU AI Act, US Infrastructure 2.0)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
