Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Develop comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate technology feasibility and ROI
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Experience with patent analysis and competitive technology landscapes
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
