Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships or acquisition
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven insights
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech solutions and ethical AI frameworks
- Mentor a team of 12 senior engineers and researchers through cutting-edge projects
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business case development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record leading large-scale R&D initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with venture capital funding rounds and technology commercialization
- Certification in Technology Strategy Management from MIT/Stanford or equivalent
