Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/bio preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis methodologies
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities with experience building 5+ year innovation roadmaps
