- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems integration
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience forecasting market trends in emerging tech sectors
- Expertise in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
