Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $50M+ commercialization potential
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in spatial computing and neurotech
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Partner with academic institutions to shape next-gen curriculum standards
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or climate-tech AI
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up tech environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
