Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 innovation trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT solutions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to translate tech capabilities into customer value
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage technology innovation budget and ROI analysis

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or next-gen infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, TensorFlow)
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
