Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
