Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and scenario planning for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology investment cases to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of experimental technologies
- Mentor technical teams on future technology integration and adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful technology transformation initiatives
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with ability to build business cases for experimental tech
