Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/Web3)
- Expertise in ethical AI and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Certifications in Agile, PMP, or TOGAD preferred
