Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and disruptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech solutions
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, Web3, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Certified in strategic foresight or innovation management (preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
