- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to identify strategic opportunities
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI against long-term vision
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $10M+ annual R&D budgets
- Publish thought leadership on future-tech implications for industry stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global tech labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or decentralized networks
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technologies
