Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven insights
- Oversee pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies with measurable ROI
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience managing innovation budgets and cross-functional project teams
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
