Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, blockchain, quantum computing) into our product ecosystem.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee the internal innovation lab, managing cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with industry leaders and academic institutions to stay ahead of market trends and secure competitive advantages.
- R&D Governance: Establish governance frameworks for research initiatives to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performance teams and managing budgets of $1M+.
- Adaptability: Deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to pivot strategies in fast-paced environments.
