Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and prototyping emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-integrated systems)
- Establish innovation metrics and ROI frameworks for next-gen tech investments
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into commercial offerings
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, Davos) as thought leader
- Mentor junior strategists and foster internal innovation culture
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic engineering)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic tech implementations
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight (preferred)
