Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and industry disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities in Web4.0 and decentralized systems
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for future-tech incubation programs
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer breakthrough research in computational biology and climate tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Deep expertise in Web4.0 architecture and decentralized systems
- Certifications in AI ethics, quantum computing fundamentals, or sustainable tech
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and budgets >$1M
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in future-tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
