Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Published research in quantum/AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations
- Expertise in ESG compliance for tech products
- Experience with federal tech policy frameworks
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and EU tech hubs
