Responsibilities

- Lead moonshot projects with $10M+ R&D budgets
- Partner with MIT/Stanford on patentable innovations
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Build and mentor a 20-person elite innovation team
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital for experimental ventures
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Proven track record scaling R&D teams to 50+ members
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and generative AI frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants and corporate partnerships
- Portfolio of patented technologies or commercialized innovations
