Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing applications in healthcare and logistics
- Lead stakeholder engagement with Fortune 500 clients to integrate 2026-era tech solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI development and autonomous system deployment
- Direct prototyping of next-gen neural interfaces for medical rehabilitation
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across 12 R&D centers globally
- Pioneer carbon-negative blockchain architectures for supply chain transparency
- Represent QuantumLeap at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or synthetic biology
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML systems to 10M+ user deployments
- Deep expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Experience securing SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in UN Sustainable Technology Development Standards
