Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including AI ethics frameworks and quantum applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
- Drive implementation of sustainable tech initiatives across product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex tech adoption scenarios
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or peer-reviewed research
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
