Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems for next-gen human-AI collaboration
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and market trends
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying advanced autonomous systems
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving climate tech and sustainability challenges
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record leading AI/quantum computing initiatives from concept to deployment
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for strategic technology initiatives
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation and venture capital communities
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
