Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing applications and neural interface systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers and engineers in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends including decentralized AI and bio-digital convergence
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum encryption protocols
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through white papers and investor presentations
- Mentor PhD fellows in advanced machine learning and quantum algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience securing federal grants and venture capital for R&D initiatives
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier publications
- Deep knowledge of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for C-suite and stakeholder audiences
