Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor technology teams on future-proofing strategies and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of implementing transformative technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience developing long-term strategic plans with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
