Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-functional ideation and strategic alignment
- Monitor competitor landscape and anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading tech innovators and research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, tech consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) highly desirable
