Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation sprints with venture partners and academic institutions
- Build frameworks for ethical technology deployment and responsible innovation
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with specialization in technology strategy
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications or journals
