Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite to integrate sustainability and ESG principles into tech innovation
- Design and implement pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Manage vendor relationships for cutting-edge tech partnerships and R&D collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and digital transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech investment analysis and budgeting
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futurology
