Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and responsible tech deployment
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 2020s innovation impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE preferred)
- Track record of implementing enterprise-scale tech transformation
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience leading global cross-functional tech teams
- Published thought leadership in future tech publications
