Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy for emerging domains including quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships in emerging tech ecosystems
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster internal creativity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into business value
- Executive communication skills with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (preferred)
