Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent experience
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum computing
- Track record securing federal research grants
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Experience scaling tech teams 50+
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., PESTLE, Delphi)
- Security clearance preferred
